Greti Dinkova-Bruun, Institute Librarian and Fellow, was named the new Canadian representative to the International Medieval Latin Committee at “Medialatinitas 2017,” its 8th meeting held in Vienna, Austria 17–21 September, in recognition of her remarkable accomplishments as a medieval Latinist and philologist.
Professor Elza Tiner, who holds a Licentiate from the Institute and was also Visiting Fellow this past spring and summer, is helping curate an exhibit entitled “Image + Text in Renaissance Folios.”
The Institute is pleased to announce a new course offering for the Winter term 2018, to be taught by the Institute's Leonard E. Boyle Professor of Manuscript Studies and Director of PIMS' Rome-Toronto Programme in Manuscript Studies, M. Michèle Mulchahey, together with Institute Fellow and Librarian, Greti Dinkova-Bruun.
